Who is responsible
ZERORECALLS.AI is the controller for the personal data described below. Contact details are listed on the contact page.
What we collect
Enquiry and challenge submissions. Your name, business email address, company, optional phone number, industry and the description of your inspection problem, together with any files you upload. We use this only to assess and respond to your enquiry.
Visit statistics. The page visited, the referring page, an anonymous session identifier stored in a first-party cookie, a coarse device type and an approximate country. Visit statistics contain no IP address and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising services.
Chat conversations. If you start a chat or send us a message, we store what you write together with your name and email address, the page you started from, your IP address and the browser and operating system your device reports. We use this to answer you and to understand the context of your question. It is visible only to our own team.
Administrator accounts. Name, email address and a hashed password for people who manage this website.
Legal basis
Enquiry and chat data are processed to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Visit statistics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used, kept proportionate by not storing IP addresses or using third-party trackers there.
Retention
We do not apply a fixed retention period. Enquiries, chat conversations and the files sent with them are kept for as long as we may need them as a record of what was asked, offered and agreed. Visit statistics are retained in aggregate form. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. This website is self-hosted; visit statistics are processed on our own infrastructure and are not shared with any advertising or analytics provider.
